Pacific Northwest Mortgage Corporation is a California based, privately owned mortgage banker. From its inception, Pacific Northwest has focused on service and innovation. The company was established in 1988 and focused on its California based retail business exclusively for its first ten years of operation. In 1997 Pacific Northwest continued to grow and entered the wholesale lending arena. For the past few years Pacific Northwest has successfully began developing branch offices throughout the United States.
Pacific Northwest strives for excellence in all its professional endeavors. Our executive team has over 18 years experience in both marketing our company in an industry that is heavily saturated as well as valuable expertise in mortgage loan operations; underwriting, document drawing, funding and investor purchase.
Pacific Northwest understands the challenges of the mortgage professional first hand. Our Branch Partner Team can help you evaluate where you are in your career and where you want to be. Our Branch Office Program allows the mortgage professional to operate as a mortgage lender with in-house underwriting, document drawing, and funding on all your loan programs.
We offer a comprehensive loan product, including FNMA, Jumbo, Alt A, sub-prime and second mortgages. Pacific Northwest currently offers both fixed rate and LIBOR arm products with both fully amortized or interest only financing available to our borrowers.
